Add Bill to QuickBooks

Knoon template for recording no-tax bills in QuickBooks and attaching the original bill file to the created bill transaction.

What It Does

• Extracts receipt details from an uploaded bill file.
• Finds an existing QuickBooks vendor by company name, or creates one when needed.
• Lists bank and expense accounts for transaction mapping.
• Checks for duplicate purchases by date, amount, and optional vendor.
• Creates a no-tax/tax QuickBooks bill.
• Uploads the original bill as a QuickBooks attachment.
• Generates a bill document number for tracking.
