QuickBooks Receipt Recording Automation

Knoon template for recording no-tax/tax receipts in QuickBooks and attaching the original receipt file to the created purchase transaction.

What It Does

• Extracts receipt details from an uploaded receipt file.
• Finds an existing QuickBooks vendor by company name, or creates one when needed.
• Lists bank and expense accounts for transaction mapping.
• Checks for duplicate purchases by date, amount, and optional vendor.
• Creates a no-tax/tax QuickBooks purchase.
• Uploads the original receipt as a QuickBooks attachment.
• Generates a receipt document number for tracking.
